Participants will receive detailed training in leadership, business acumen, soft skills, and project management. Training will be conducted through a combination of methods including classroom learning, guest speakers, experiential, and observation.

On-the-Job Experience

Each participant will complete between two to five project assignments, with each assignment lasting a year on average. 

Project assignments will be on the main Atlanta campus and will include some, (but not all), departments: Technology, Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy, Customer Care, Field Service, Supply Chain, Training, Customer Experience, and Finance.

Mentoring & Coaching

You will receive continuous mentoring and coaching from several different outlets including:

  • Your Senior Manager
  • Mentor
  • Rotational Manager
  • Program Director
