  • Leadership experience in student organizations or class projects 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or advanced degree 
  • No specific major is required for this job 
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA 
  • Computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of products 
  • U.S work authorization, sponsorship is not available for this program 

General Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to support or lead projects under moderate supervision 
  • Manage the end-to-end project life cycle 
  • Analyze business situations, create processes, and demonstrate problem solving and analytical thinking skills for the success of the project 
  • Track and analyze project budgets 
  • Report, communicate, and influence both project deliverables and team members 
  • Create and manage relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders 
  • Create and lead presentations to team members and senior leadership 

Our Selection Process

An infographic of the recruitment selection process. First apply, then Talent Acquisition will review your resume to select who will receive a first round interview. After the first round interview, a select few will be asked to come to the Cox Headquarters in Atlanta for a final round interview.
